Facilities
Our main teaching centre is located inside Scar, a major rehearsal studio complex located in the heart of Camden Town and the last of its kind in an area known throughout the world for its musical heritage. Many bands started out at these studios and still rehearse here today with a multitude of chart acts taking advantage of the facilities the studios have to offer. We also have additional teaching bases in Hackney, Old street, and Bracknell, enabling us to be accessible to drummers across the Greater London area. |

| All of our teaching spaces contain two top of the range drum kits; one for the teacher, one for the student. Zildjian has sponsored planet Drum since 1996. This allows us to fit our kits with a wide range of cymbals. All rooms feature a 300w PA system, Yamaha and Korg pianos, bass and electric guitars and amps as well as a wide range of percussion. Our current drum kits are; two x Yamaha Recording Custom sets, two x Mapex Voyager, Pearl Session, Pearl Export and Sonor Force 3000. |

Camden - Our largest space accommodates up to 30 students for special Planet Drum events and masterclasses. Our second studio holds up to 15 students for band and percussion workshops and private tuition, and our third space is for private tutoring only. Practice rooms - ( In Camden only. ) Price: £7 per hour, or £5 (crash courses only). Facilities include Yamaha Recording Custom, Mapex Voyager x 2 and Pearl Session drumkits with Zildjian cymbals, Meinl pro congas, 300w PA, drum machines and a wide range of hand percussion. The practice rooms are only available for Planet Drum students, subject to availability. |
