Rhythm Skills (percussion and drumset workshop)

This workshop is for the ones who want to improve their rhythm skills and learn percussion in a fun and unformal way. The emphasis of this drumming course is on feeling the pulse, playing and counting techniques, and rhythmic "games". The instruments used are ethnic and modern percussion instruments (including drumset). This workshop is ongoing and can be joined at anytime.

Wednesdays, 8:30pm to 10pm. Price: £70 per month or £20 per class. Starts on 1st September 2010.

Latin percussion group classes

Latin percussion workshops give you the opportunity to learn congas, bongos, timbales and lots of other percussion instruments.

These classes cover popular and folkloric styles of Afro-Cuban music and Brazilian music including danzon, bolero, son, mambo, caballo negro, rumba and iyesa, samba, maracatu, merengue and lots more. This workshop is ongoing and can be joined at anytime.

Saturdays, 5pm to 6:30pm (bi-monthly). Price: £20 per class or £35 per month. Starts on 2nd October 2010.

Percussion one to one lessons

Private lessons are a good option for the ones who want more private attention and a more flexible pace and course content.

Price: £35 per lesson.
