A versatile and unique musician, George Jefford is much in demand as a pianist/trumpeter /vocalist and music tutor. He was awarded the concert recital diploma for outstanding performance upon graduating the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in 2021. He has gone on to play at festivals and events in the UK and abroad. Covering many styles including classical, contemporary jazz, pop, soul, orchestral, lead trumpet, swing and funk, he is at home in a variety of musical settings. In 2021 he formed his own band Forget Regret, a jazz/R&B outfit comprising of some of London’s best young musicians to express his own compositional voice. Passionate about education he continues to work with students of all ages, helping them to achieve their musical goals.
